• Phlegmatic: easy going, laid back, nonchalant, unexcitable and relaxed; desiring a peaceful environment 
• Deliberate, slow moving
• Neatly constructed nests
• Both sexes incubate eggs, and sing while sitting the nest
• Not very musical, but the most indefatigable of singers
• Approachable, but not overly gregarious. Just as likely to migrate with a flock of warblers as with it's own kind
